Sarah is an award-winning artist in portraits, horses and wildlife, currently working in Wiltshire. She visually celebrates the animal kingdom to inspire an emotive reaction to its beauty, to raise awareness and to strengthen the relationship between the Wild and us.

She uses 'Classical Tradition' techniques learned from her time at The Florence Academy of Art and The London Atelier of Representational Art. Her focus is to describe the physical power, grace, gesture and movement of the animal. Simplifying form and the handling of shadow shapes vs. light areas gives Sarah a creative buzz as the sense of three-dimensionality appears, making the animal's movement come to life. She likes to accentuate particular techniques to evoke a certain character and focal rhythmic direction within the piece.
